The Associated Press is reporting today that at least seven former prisoners of the United States at Guantanamo Bay, Cuba, have returned to terrorism, at times with deadly consequences.

This should come as a surprise to nobody. Well, except maybe the Liberal Media Spin Machine (LMSM), anti-war whackos, and ultra-liberal human rights groups.

Human rights groups frequently criticise the US Defence Department for holding the hundreds of prisoners at the naval base. Many have been held for more than two years; only a few have been charged.

If only these “Human Rights Groups” were a little more concerned with the rights of non-violent, non-terrorist humans. Ever notice how groups like the ACLU crow the loudest when they’re defending the ‘rights’ of people who most abuse those rights (and even more frequently, the rights of others…such as their victims)?
