Reading the brief bio about Command Sergeant Major James R. Jordan on the Ft. Bragg Web site, the one fact that is most conspicuous by it’s absence is that CSM Jordan is the older brother of Michael Jordan. Yeah, that Michael Jordan.
These type of honors are usually meaningless and insignificant. But Pat Tillman winning this year’s SI Sportsman of the Year would mean a lot to a lot of people.
Last Thursday, Nov. 18, Lance Cpl. Dimitrios Gavriel was killed during a battle in Falluja. His family said he was awarded two Purple Hearts on Tuesday, Nov. 23.

You couldn’t make up better headlines. Unless you work at CBS news, of course, where the fabrication of headlines is routine.
The bravery, heroism and selflessness of all Marines—wherever they are serving—have added significantly to our rich legacy and measured up to the high standards that have come to epitomize all who wear the eagle, globe and anchor.
What happens when you do vote. And you lose. Your only other option appears to be ‘die’. I hope your happy, P-Diddy.

Liberals aren’t losing because they aren’t getting their message out. Liberals are losing because people don’t agree with their message.

Mr. Edwards and Senator Kerry just finished speaking. And they each had a very different message and tone. I don’t have an exact transcript of the speeches, but here’s what I heard:
