The editors of WorldNetDaily have published a compilation of the most important unreported or underreported news events of the year –

…to bring forth perhaps for one last time major news stories that were undeservedly “spiked” by the establishment press.

Here is the list (visit WorldNetDaily to read the full details of each item):

  1. America’s vulnerability to nuclear terrorism.
  2. Sandy Berger’s pilfering of classified documents in an apparent attempt to sanitize President Clinton’s legacy.
  3. The U.S. border as a conduit for terrorists.
  4. The validity of the Swiftboat vets’ charges against Sen. John Kerry.
  5. America’s out-of-control judiciary.
  6. Uncontrolled immigration.
  7. The Philadelphia 5.
  8. The U.N. oil-for-food scandal.
  9. Genocide in Darfur.
  10. Saddam links with al-Qaida.

It’s a good list. I’d move The U.N. Oil-for-Food scandal up a bit higher in the list, and would replace the Philadelphia 5 item with Nationwide Rampant Voter Fraud by the Democratic Party. And if of course there’s always Easongate…or was that this year?

One Response to “Top 10 Under-Reported Stories of 2004”

It’s much nicer than this list of “censored” stories, if only because your list has stories that should matter to everyone.
