For the first time in many years, I didn’t do anything special for the Super Bowl.
We didn’t go to, nor did we host, a Super Bowl party; rather, we stayed home and watched the game—just me, the wife, and the disinterested pets (captured in all their pre-game enthusiasm moments before the starting kick-off):
I suspect they were equally enthused at hearing the Dem’s response to the SotU address.
Heh. Actually, they did sleep through Senator Reid’s talking-points, but the look of Representative Nancy Pelosi’s face…that scared my poor little mutts right off the couch.
Seriously, her face looks like her skin is trying to escape from her skull. Very scary stuff.
