35:27?!? Ugh, it hurts just reading that….

34 year old TexasTommy ran in his first Capitol 10K last Saturday with a time of 1:00:32. After having his groin seize up with severe cramps at the 4.5 mile mark, he had to walk to the Congress street bridge, which included passing a man flat on his back being administered to by paramedics.

Congrats on finishing.

Seems like the hardest part might be having the cajones to step up and actually commit to running the damn thing.

I’m impressed by each-and-every one of the 13000 runners who did so.

Got something you want to say?
