Today we’re hosting our 4th Annual Robbie’s Crawfish Boil—we provide all the mudbugs, potatos, and corn ears that you can eat; everyone coming over contributes a cajun-themed side dish (mmmm…etoufee).
This year I expect to boil about 60 lbs of bugs on our back porch…we have 4 cases of beer iced down…but, as usual most of our ~40 guest will probably bring more.
The weather here in Austin is ideal today…highs around 79, mostly sunny. And spring is in full bloom…so the yard looks and smells great!
Needless to say, I won’t be blogging any more today…but you’ve come to expect very little blogging from me on the weekends anyway…
