…Hasan Akbar Sentenced to Death
This is why I support the death penalty.
Pablo Paredes might be a cowardly dumbass, but at least he didn’t go to Iraq and murder his commanding officers in their sleep.
The last man executed by the US Military was U.S. Army Private John A. Bennett on April 13, 1961, who was hanged after being convicted for the rape and murder of an 11-year-old Austrian girl. I hope that Akbar is the next.
In World War II, it was common for executions to be carried out by firing squad, often by the condemned’s own unit.
Private Eddie Slovik was the last person executed for desertion (during WWII). He was shot by his own unit, the 28th Infantry Division, in a small town in northeast France. There were 70 executions by firing squad during WWII, but Slovik’s was the only one for desertion. The rest were for rape or murder.
Hasan Akbar should receive the same type of execution. Put him against a wall, and let the soldiers of the 101st Airborne Division empty their magazines into him. I’m sure there would be no shortage of volunteers for the task.

I’m generally an opponent of the death penalty but I’m open to arguments that military justice is a unique situation.
My two cents.
Let’s see if the PC military has the huevos to carry out this richly deserved sentence.
Actually, he should be staked out over an ant bed, but we’ll settle for the painless method just to get rid of him and affirm what’ll happen to trash like this.
My name is Quran Akbar Bilal. I am the mother of Sgt. Hasan Akbar. Sgt Hasan Akbar, an American soldier who was accused, convicted and sentenced to death for 2 counts of premeditated murder and 17 counts of premeditated attempted murder. My son neve confessed to that crime.
In February, 2010 the United States Army Defense Team filed an appeal in the behalf of Sgt. Hasan Akbar for a retrial. I never read the Brief. I am speaking in the behalf of my son, Hasan Akbar for Justice. Three other soldiers were involved in the case Sgt. Kumma, Sgt. Claudale, and Sgt. Brandt Scott. Their involvement was never mentioned. During my first visit, Hasan stated, “I couldn’t fight three hundred soldiers, they all turn against me.” Hasan stated that Sgt. Kumma, Sgt. Claudale and Sgt. Brandt Scott, threatened to kill him, they told him that he was the enemy and called him by abusive names, Hasan stated, “I couldn’t walk the yard without being ridiculed & made mockery of. I fear for my life.” It was told that the Majors, Commanders, and others…knew what was happening. They ignored the situation.
Hasan stated a drug was given to him hours before the attack. U.S. Military Atty. Captain David Coombs stated and verified that a drug was given to Akbar hours before the attack, and he was isolated from the other soldiers. Three other immigrant Muslims were capured and let go during the attack. It was documented that Hasan’s rifle didn’t kill the Captain, three month later it was changed. The Captain was shot in the back and leg. There was no investigation in the defense for Sgt. Hasan Akbar, the request was denied.
No Mitigator was present during the trial. From the beginningto the end of Akbar’s trial, he was under the influence of drugs. Sgt. Hasan Akbar Defense Atty. Captain David Coombs and Major Dan Brookhart, are very close friends with victims in the Grenade attack. Hasan’s parents were prohibited from speaking in his behalf. The witnesses that the Defense Team called to speak in Sgt. Hasan Akbar behalf were the same soldiers that Akbar put in a request to file charges against and his requests were denied. In my closing I’d like to say that I listened to each victim in the attack and not one of them stated that they were sleep.
Imam Warith D. Mohammed gave his full support in the defense for Hasan Akbar. In the month of July, 2008 Imam Warith D. Mohammed accepted the responsibility of paying the remaining balance of Hasan Akbar’s Attorney Fee [in payments].
The Mitigator Mrs. Townsend, during her visit in Los Angeles, CA. stated that the U.S. Army did tamper with Akbar’s original diary and interpreted to what they thought it meant.

That was Major Nidal Hasan, the Ft. Hood shooter. Sergeant Hasan Akbar used a hand grenade to kill 2 Soldiers and wound 14 more.

OK, let’s talk about what happened in Kuwait. On March 23, 2003 in Camp Pennsylvania, Kuwait SGT Hasan Akbar threw four hand grenades into three tents where his fellow American Soldiers were sleeping, killing MAJ Gregory Stone. SGT Akbar then fired his rifle, killing CAPT Christopher Seifert. In addition to the two deaths, SGT Akbar’s actions also resulted in injuries to 14 other American Soldiers.
In April of 2005 Akbar (now a PVT) was found guilty of first-degree murder and was sentenced to death by a court-martial, and in November of 2006 his death sentence was confirmed by his commanding general.
Have I left anything out? Well, there is also the fact that during the trial Akbar smuggled a pair of scissors out of a conference room, then later used them to stab a military policeman.
Akbar wrote the following in his diary: “I suppose they want to punk me or just humiliate me. Perhaps they feel that I will not do anything about that. They are right about that. I am not going to do anything about it as long as I stay here. But as soon as I am in Iraq, I am going to try and kill as many of them as possible.”
and: “I may not have killed any Muslims, but being in the army is the same thing. I may have to make a choice very soon on who to kill.”
Any reasonable person would conclude that PVT Akbar is both a murderer, and a traitor to his country.
You, on the other hand, don’t see it that way, believing that Akbar’s duty to the Ummah takes priority over his duty to his country, and what’s the big deal anyway since the only people he killed were filthy kuffar and deserved to die in the first place.
But like I said, a reasonable person understands that Akbar is a murderous traitor.

If, as you say, PVT Akbar is your son, and if, as you say, you are only seeking justice, then in a few years you will have what seek, when PVT Akbar is eventually executed for the heinous crime he committed. When that happens justice will be served.
Of course, the word justice means something different to you, doesn’t it? It is, of course, not permitted for a believer to be executed for killing an unbeliever, so to your way of thinking, Akbar should not have received a death sentence, regardless of any other consideration.
Add to that, the fact that in this case, the filthy unbelievers may actually have provoked the believer by not showing him proper deference and it becomes obvious that the other Soldiers were hardly innocent victims, and far from committing a crime, Akbar himself was simply administering “justice” (your version of it, anyway) when he killed the worthless kuffar.
Unfortunately for you (but fortunately for us), the legal system in this country is based on English Common Law, not on the incoherent ramblings of a Seventh-Century thug.
