Additionally, Mr. Cook’s site claimed that the two attackers were “taken into police custody”. The Sheriff’s Office in Syracuse also told Army Times Tuesday that they have no record or knowledge of any such attack in the region.

If ever there was a case for the death penalty, this is it. He admitted he did all these things. Not even his defense lawyer argued that he didn’t rape and murder all of these young girls.

Pablo Paredes: Guilty

A military judge deliberated about 40 minutes before finding Petty Officer 3rd Class Pablo Paredes guilty of the count. Lt. Cmdr. Bob Klant dismissed a second count of unauthorized absence, ruling the charge was duplicative.
