UPDATE (June 10, 2008) — with only one week left before Charles Hood is executed, I’m closing all comments on all previous posts. I have started a new post HERE for all new comments about this story.
______
Charles Dean Hood is scheduled to be executed after 6:00 p.m. on Thursday, June 30th for the 1990 murder of Roland Williamson, 40, and his 26 year-old girlfriend, Traci Lynn Wallace in Plano, TX.
The DNA evidence (Hood’s bloody fingerprints all over the crime scene) and the circumstantial evidence (after the murder, Hood pawned the victims’ jewelry, cashed the victim’s checks, used the victim’s credit cards, and was caught 800 miles from Plano driving the victim’s truck) were strong enough for a jury to convict Hood of the duel murders and sentence him to death.
I wrote about Hood’s personal ads here, where Hood is seeking pen pals who are “looking for a great time”, and where he describes himself as a man of “good character”.
Whenever I write about a death row inmate, inevitably the loonies come out of the woodwork to claim that the condemned is a changed man, and is now somehow a good person who doesn’t deserve to die.
Well, the idiots are out for Charles Dean Hood, too. Several are claiming that he is a man of good character, and one is even claiming that he has proof of Hood’s innocence (I’m sure Hood would have appreciated you coming forward with this evidence at his trial).
My response to those who would defend Charles Dean Hood’s character is that people of good character don’t shoot two other people to death. They just don’t. It’s one of those things.
According to the Texas Attorney General, killing people isn’t the only mark against Hood’s “good character”:
PRIOR CRIMINAL HISTORY
Hood pled guilty to theft and forgery when he was eighteen, and was sentenced to two years in the Indiana Department of Corrections. Hood was paroled, but violated that parole when he went to Texas with his fifteen year old runaway girlfriend.
Theft and forgery, and running away with a 15-year old little girl?
To those of you still defending this man’s character, I gotta know: what do you consider to be a person of bad character? If a double-homicide, theft, forgery, and statutory rape isn’t enough, what is?

Mr. Robbie:
I did a search on Mike Graczyk thinking he might try to take advantage of Roger Williamson. However, it appears he is one of a dying breed of reporter, in that he is fair and just reports the facts. Kudos to you, Mr. Graczyk.
Well you obviously do not have your facts straight. I have written Charles for awhile, and lets say he has had a horrible childhood/ suffers from mild retardation, the man does not even know how to say his whole ABC’s, now unless you were their when the crime took place, you have no room to judge, we have one judge. And your not one of them. Charles loves the lord, he is a changed man he does not need your forgivness or anything. he may have had a troubled past, that does not make him a kiler. You do not know what went on in that house.
A crime can happen to anybody, you could be placed in a situation yourself where you may take another person’s life, and the prosecutors may not see it as self-defense like you do.
Someday maybe someone will be judging your character as well, and all the mistakes you have made.
Is there some weird alternate-universe explanation that explains how Charles Dean Hood is innocent despite these irrefutable facts:
1) Voice heard on 911 call from Williamson’s house.
2) 4-minutes later, when police arrive Hood is no longer at the crime scene.
3) Hood’s bloody fingerprints are found on the bags covering the victims, on the closet door where the bodies were hastily shoved, and on the weight machine propped against the door.
4) Hood is found driving the victims truck, cashing their checks, using their credit cards, and pawing their jewelry after the murders.
Sure, any good science-fiction writer could come up with such a scenario. But this is reality. And the reality is that Hood killed those two people and fled. Have you heard of Occam’s Razor — put into everyday language, it says: The simplest explanation is the best.
Dana, which facts, as outlined above, do I not have straight?
Next point: are you really saying that we, as citizens and mere mortals do not have the right and ability to judge our fellow man? That only GOD can judge? Does that mean you advocate doing away with the entire justice system…judges and juries…and just let GOD make final decisions on each of us when our time comes?
I don’t doubt that Charles has a diminished intelligence and that he had a hard life growing up. But so do hundreds of thousand of other people…yet they manage to get through life just fine without murdering people. His lower intelligence makes him no less culpable of the crimes he committed.
You think Charles is innocent because he says he is? You’re willing to suspend all logic and the MOUNTAIN of evidence and facts against him, because he says, “It wasn’t me”? Has it ever occurred to you that a man capable of forgery, theft, statutory rape, and murder might also be capable of lying?
One last question for you Dana: Were you in that room when Charles killed those people?
Robbie I agree…Dana you need help! and a spell ck on your system!! He is so guilty and we have wasted too much time..Let it be already…He should have left this world a long time ago instead of wasting tax payers money!!!!!
Um, so, looking at your facts, Dana, he is of limited intelligence, and had a shitty upbringing. Looks like he is no use to us anyways!
Stick the needle in him!
Myself and a friend both knew Dean for several weeks prior to the murders and both of us believed he was guilty. The guy is a pathological liar. He most definitely is not retarded. Dana, do not be persuaded by his ‘good guy’ looks and demeanor…the guy is a psycho. It is not for me to decide if he deserves to die but I definitely believe he should stay in prison for the rest of his life.
[Added by Robbie: this comment is from Wendy Hood, I believe she is Dean Hood's sister-in-law (married to Dean's brother James), so take anything she takes with that extreme amount of bias and family lunacy in mind]
Wow, it seems like everyone here has got everything figured out.
First off, do you follow this case at all? If you did, you would know that Charles was not given a fair trial by any means or the JUDICIAL system.
First off for the mounds of evidence the voice heard on the 911 call could of been anyones. Was it analyzed by an expert? NO. Of course his finger prints are all over that house he lived there DUH.
Then there is the big contreversy of the DA and the Judge sleeping together. Well, lets put that peice of the puzzle together the DA in the town he was tried in was coming up for re-election and needed to have a high profile case like this go through and it did. Charles did not have a chance at fighting this as his attorneys wouldn’t even work with him.
They did not even have DNA done. The girl that was killed was found naked in a closet however did not have a rape test done on her doesn’t that say something? Charles may have commited crimes such as “theft” but is not a killer. You guys talk like you have been following this case and have a vested interest in it well do your research before another innocent man is put to death.
Maybe you should point fingers at the boyfriend of the girl murdered that had already threatened there lives. Maybe they should investigate the letter they received from a girl thats boyfriend confessed to her the murders and then told her their is an innocent man on death row.
Or, here is an interesting theory maybe look into Mr. Williamson’s associates that he was selling and doing drugs with. If you know anything about the crime scene there was drugs and liquor involved. You should just have ALL the facts before you started pointing fingers because you can ask the 11 men so far that have been put to death in Texas and later found not guilty of the crime they were put to death for.
And for you to say just put a needle in someone I say put a needle in you the JUDICIAL system is flawed in more ways then one and it is people like you that make me sick. You are no better than the ones that killed these people you have murderous thoughts maybe you should have a needle put in you.
Wendy — do any of us follow the case at all? Well, if you did read all of the comments in this and the other getting-too-long thread about Dean, then you know that one of the primary commentors here is Traci’s sister. You remember Traci, don’t you? She’s the girl who Dean murdered.
Between Traci’s sister (Big Sis) and I have read almost every court paper from Dean’s trials (it’s easy living here in Austin to just head over the the courthouse, fill out an Open Records Request, and get full access to the entier case). I doubt you’ve read as much and investigated this case as much as either one of us.
The “girl’s” name is Traci. And raped or not she was murdered by Dean. So the rape is inconsequential in terms of his death sentence.
Again…I have so many more facts about this case than you can even begin to imagine. Would you like to pull up a specific case number or trial date and discuss how and why the prosecutors, the jury, and the judge all ruled the way they did against Dean. All of the “evidence” that you’ve thrown out is either not in the actual court/trial documents, or was refuted or denied.
And as to the 11 innocent men who were put to death by the State of Texas…name one. Just one. Because since Texas resumed the death penalty in 1977, not a single man executed by Texas has been exonerated posthumously. Not a single one. And definitely not 11.
Now there might be 11 cases where anti-death penalty advocates and an assortment of deathrow inmate groupies maintain the executed criminal’s innocense…but no court and no evidence has exonerated a single one of them.
So, give me some names and a link to the court documents or verdict that exonerated these 11 men.
Very sound logic and reasoning here, Wendy. You don’t think that cold blooded killers like your brother-in-law deserve the needle, but people like me who merely support the laws of our state do? So, it’s not really the death penalty that you oppose…it’s just the death penalty for your sickfuck bro-in-law.
Make sure and stop by and say hello at the execution in Huntsville. I’ll be there outside the gates on the night of the execution with a big sign that says, “It’s about time”.
Robbie,
Well said, great answers, looks like Dean has even duped his own family in to believing that someone else committed these murders.
Wow, great for you standing outside with a sign. Again no better than a killer just not pulling the trigger. Keep up with those murderous thoughts. Whatever gets you to sleep at night right? As far as all the time you have spent on this case Again get a life and get the facts right not the ones the Texas judicial system want you to see. Hoorah for your state they execute innocent men keep up the good work. The funny thing is that your state has one of the highest crime rates in the U.S maybe that is because they themeselves are murderers. Again instead of putting out volger ramblings and extending your vocabulary beyond sickfuck maybe you should either get a secondary education, a life or get ALL of your facts straight not just the murderous thoughts in your head. Oh by the way I think it is really relavent to the case to have a rape kit done on a women that was obviously raped first off it will prove that she was not raped by Charles the person you all assume murdered her. Secondly if you have looked into this case so much and got all the evidence get a tape of the crime scene you say Traci was put in a bag maybe you should double look at that video. Anyhow I have a life to lead instead of discussing psych babblings of people that have so much anger for anyone not just Charles I have read this blog and you are angry with everyone and if there is one thing I have learned is there is no use in fighting with someone like you because you think you have everything figured out and everyone else is wrong right? I can refer you to some good psychiatrists if you would like to see one for this issue.
Well let me clarify something for you My sister was not raped, there was an exam done, but what the fuck does that have to do with the fact that she was murdered! For your information she was sleeping when DEAN murdered her! There was blood on the mattress, he wasn’t smart enough to realize that when there is a head wound it bleeds like hell. Is there anything wrong with sleeping in the nude? I hope not, if so then I too am in big trouble.
Next- his BLOODY finger prints were on the door jam of the closet he shoved TRACIE in with a garbage bag taped around her neck. The note that was supposedly left by Tracie saying she was out for a walk, was just BULL SHIT why in the fuck would my sister spell her own name wrong!
As for standing outside with a sign, I will be inside smiling and waving good ridance, have a nice ride down to hell, cuz that is where he belongs.
You put your comments in here why not the other blog where more than 300 comments have been placed? Were you just full of shit saying you are sorry for what happened? In here is sounds like it to me.
I can’t wait to see justice served. Oh by the way are you and or James comming to the EXECUTION to see him off on his way to hell, and what other family members will be there? HOW ABOUT MOMMY OR DADDY are they comming to see their piece of shit off?
The whole fucking clan is off their rockers and in denial. Yes I am pissed off stop defending the piece of shit and except the fact that he is going to be executed for murdering Ron and Tracie. As far as the DA and the judge having an affair that has never been proven, just hearsay, My sister didnt use drugs she was tested and it came out clean. Ron was an accountant not a club owner, had a computer company, where the hell you people get your information is beyond me. I personally spoke with Ron on several occassions, as I wanted to know what kind of person my sister was living with.
Well, I have read all that I need to read to come to a decision as to weather Charles did it or not. I’m not going to share that information with you, but I will say this: No matter if he did it or not, he is entitled to a fair trial and a good defence which he did not receive. No DNA testing, Judge and Prosecutor playing with each other, (confirmed) a sub counselor at best, no voice expert, no handwriting expert. I got a letter from charles who wanted me to tell you all something but then he decided not to and said that if he changed his mind, he would write it down and send it to me. He knows that his brother and sister in law have been writing. The only thing that he said to me about you is “Best thing you can do is pray for them for they aren’t in the right frame of mind” I pray for everyone on this site because of all the hate for a person who didn’t get a fair trial. Why do you think he got the stay twice?? If he doesn’t get another trial, there is something wrong with the system. On the other hand, if he gets another trial and the DNA that he requested comes out and they get experts in there to verify that it was indeed his voice and his handwriting and the Jury still condems him, then that’s it and I will except that. Even if he gets a sentence of life in prison rather than the Death Penalty, he is paying for the crimes weather he did it or not. Darby
Didn’t this murdering bastard have a date a couple years ago? He is a piece of sh** and needs to be sent straight to hell on June 30th!
R.I.P. Ron and Tracie
Re: An Innocent Man on Texas Death Row “A failed and Flawed System”
I’ve been investigation a miscarriage of “justice” about a man on Texas Death Row. Mr. Charles Dean Hood. I read an article on him which was called “Ardor in the Cour”, that is so right which quoting by the gentleman Mr. Alan Berlow.
My investigation solely concerns Mr. Hood’s case which befalls many cases like this one, no proper investigation being done.
Mr. Hood who sits on Texas Death Row, not because of a crime that he was supposedly have done but a failed/flawed system that is stacked against him from the start.
How can a man (Charles Dean Hood) possibily have been convicted. “He” didn’t have a fair triwl when in fact the presiding Judge, Verla Sue Holland and Collin County District Attorney Tom O’Connell were sleeping together, ones chances are extremely slim of winning in that courtroom stuation of misconduct to say the least.
But what I wanted to bring to light which continues to further confirm my belief that this man is innocent, shedding light on the investigation itselfwas extremely poorly done, especially we’re talking about a double homicide. A bodyguard paid to protect, wrongfully committed. So many things do not add up. For instance, first what happened to the “Paraffin Test”?
If you are not familiar with this test, let me explain. It is a scientifically accepted exam done by Law enforcement. It basically determines minute traces of gun powder residue on the human hand. It is standard police procedure when a firearm is involved with an unknown assailant at large. This test is performed to find out whether or not a person fired a gun. The test was performed on Mr. Hood who was initially questioned. Mr. Hood agreed to cooperate and the Indiana State along with members of the Texas authorities did the test when he was arrested.
Prosecution never gave over the results of this test, because they were ‘negative’. If they would have been positive the prosecutors would have shown the jury, which would have made their case against Mr. Hood seem foolproof, but I wonder why the defense didn’t take further steps to bring this to the juries attention. How can a man committ murder if he didn’t fire a hand gun?
And lets talk about this gun that was never found yet prosecutors swore up and down that Mr. Hood fired it. And the gun that was owned by the ex-boyfriend of Tracie that mysteriously came up missing when Investigator Mr. Sanders asked to have it.examined to find out if it was the actual gun that caused the murders. This ex-boyfriend who repeatedly threatened to kill Mr. Williamson because he took his girl ( ie Tapes of these threats were handed over to the Plano Police Department). This individual was never questioned nor suspected as a positive suspect.
When documents and tapes were submitted as evidence to assist Mr. Hood, the Judge and Prosecutor would not allow the jury to review, or hear this vital evidence. We’re talking about death threats by a man, exboyfriend who was filled with angerand displayed it. ( The reason why Mr. Hood was hired was to protect Mr. Williamson and Tracie) yet the jury wasn’t allowed to hear the tapes. It is because of the Judge and Prosecutors malice to win, to keep Mr. Hood from having a fair trial.
May I remind you, election time was near and District Attorney Tom O’Connell was up for re-election and his lover made it clear she was going to assist in any fashion to see that he won.
It doesn’t take a biochemist to figure out that there was a cover-up taking place. Even homicide detectives did a sloppy job when it came down to collecting evidence, fingerprints, blood etc., at the crime scene. Which how do you have someone elses blood from a third party. Not Mr. Hood, nor the victims. In court documents 19 a 21 evidence sources of blood SX 78, 66, 70, 64, 67, and 76 was from a different person other than the two victims, nor Mr. Hood. It was vital for Mr. Hood to receive a DNA test that would allow to show his innocence.
There were numerous amounts of fingerprints at the crime scene detectives would not seek to find out. Nor would prosecutors, or even by Mr. Hood’s attorneys which were requested to do so to prove that the ex-boyfriend and two other people were at the house upon Mr. Hood leaving to go buy flowers for his girlfriend at the time. The bedroom safe was broken into, fingerprints on it were not of Mr. Hoods, yet a third party. Investigators didn’t seek to find out who these fingerprints belonged to. We’re talking about a man (Charles Dean Hood) if convicted would be sentenced to death. It was just much more easier to just place the blame on Mr. Hood than to at least do their job. The prosecutors were convinced that Mr. Hood’s bloody fingerprints were in the house. Yes! It was clear Mr. Hood’s fingerprints would be common in the house, he lived there as a 24 hour bodyguard.
Charles Dean Hood con’d. Page 2
…..but if blood is spattered it, it doesn’t make it a bloody fingerprint. Mr. Hood and a paralegal Mrs. Janey Heitmiller requested that a finerprint analysist expert be hired to show/prove that the spattered bloode doesn’t make a bloody fingerprint in this case. Because an expert would express and show a print on a surface is not pressed with blood. But when this kind of testimony is given to the jury without countering, the jury believes the show the prosecutor was putting on.
This case against Mr. Hood is riddled with holes (ie many witnesses committed purgery on the stand, people were witnesses to this in the hallway of the courthouse watching prosecutors coriograph what the state witnesses were supposed to say or even how to act.
But lets get back to the crime scene. A 911 tape was recorded, prosecutors said Mr. Hood’s voice was on it. Yes NO voice analysis was done to prove and Mr. Hood pleaded with his attorney to get a voice analysis test done to prove his voice was not on the tape. Paralegal Mrs. Hietmiller also expressed it was vital to have it done, because it would have PROVED Mr. Hood was not at the house when Mr. Williamson was murdured.
Expert voice analysis testing would further show Mr. Hood didn’t commit this crime. His mother even pleaded with the attorney that it was not his voice on it. Both attorneys talked it over and sid they felt no need to have the test done quoting David K. Hayes one of Mr. Hood’s attorneys. A document filed to the Texas Bar Association (complaint) on David K. Hayes by Mr. Hood right after being convicted.
Tracie’s body was found nude, homicide detectives placed her hands into paper sacks and taped them to perserve any type of evidence. The coroner’s report stated hair fragments were found in the hands. (It was never brought up at trial) nor turned over to the defense team. Why?
It would clearly have pointed to someone else prosecutors didn’t want the jury to get wind of. If it were Mr. Hood’s hair, they would definitely used it against him.
I tell you a lot of evidence was not turned over or properly investigated nor examined. One of Mr. Hood’s attorneys, David K. Haynes was going over to the District Attorney’s office and giving up vital evidence so prosecutors would stay one step ahead of the other attorney George Parker. David K. Haynes was close to Judge Verta Sue Holland. It wasn’t hard to see the pattern. He was appointed to inform the Judge and prosecutor the information that would help Mr. Hood be derailed, excluded.
Two points of error in the case don’t add up which a lot of this is wrong, but ask yourself how can a man be in two places at one time? First the coroner at the scene properly did a testto see how long/ or when Tracie was killed. He said and I quote him, “she was killed aroundbetween 8:00 am and 9:00 am. Mr Hood was across town at the time buying flowers with a credit card he was given by Mr. Williamson to use leisurely because Mr. Williamson was paying for any expenses. Again, how could Mr. Hood be at the house when Tracie was murdured when he in fact was across town at the time of her death? Also how could Mr. Hood be at Ace Cash Express in Lewisville, Texas cashing his check he previously went to cash his checks and be aqt the house when Mr. Williamson was murdered. A 911 tape recorded a mans voice in the background, 4 minutes later police were at the residence. No way can a man in Lewisville, Texas in a 4 minute period. A police officer going through lights at all intersections couldn’t make it. Yet they said Mr. Hood was at the house.
A lady at the Cash Express noticed another man in the car with Mr. Hood when he pulled up. From the start Mr. Hood was not given a fair chance, no opportunity to be given a fair trial. By law we are supposed to be given a fair chance the same opportunities as the prosecution has. I want to point something out to you concerning this case. The fabricating of evidence. Misconduct by District Attorney O’Connell, and the Judge Verle Sue Holland who took an oath to uphold the law. Ask yourself “how can these two parties function in a normal society – can twoof these capable of manufacturing lies of these magnitudes blend in with regular people. Prosecutors in this case know damn well they withheld evidence, they lied, do they care, no not at all. They are not responsible for their wrong doings. The innocent is. In this case…Mr. Hood….
Prosecutors and Judges receive immunity from being prosecuted if they so something wrong. There is so much corruption in the (Hood’s) case it scares me to know people don’t care. Did you know you don’g have to be convicted of a crime, or even legally charged, for prosecutors to exploit, supposition or mere innuendo, to be permitted to put the appearance of wrong doing befor a jury.
This case was in question from the start, by the Judge and Prosecutors integrity compromised by an illict sexual affair that caused Mr. Hood to be convicted. You place this case in a courtroom with a partial judge, a lawyer who isn’t sold out or a judge’s puppet, Mr. Hood would be found not guilty by a jury.
At a minimum, there is NO appearance of fairness in this case. I hope Mr. Hood gets a second chance in court with some good legal representation who will suppress this fabricated evidence, and see to it that Mr. Hood be given a fair chance to prove he is innocent.
Thank you.

To any IDIOT defending Charles Dean Hood: You weren’t there either. Charles Dean Hood was there, 2 dead victims were there but there was someone else there that night. A witness to the murders of these 2 people. A young, innocent person in the wrong place at the wrong time that was marred for life after seeing the senseless, brutal, cold-blooded murders happen in front of their eyes. I know this witness and have heard the real story. Hood is guilty and should be executed as soon as possible, period.

I lived in Plano, texas at the time when charles dean hood commited these murders and my parents at the time lived less than a quarter of a mile from where these murders took place and i feel that hood should be executed for these murders. like they say “an eye for an eye”.
Well sorry to say that Hood is out of appeals, it will never happen, HE WAS FOUND GUILTY, he was just trying to avoid the “PUNISHMENT ” HE SO DESERVES!
Not only is there no proof of an improper relationship between the trial judge and the DA, Hood never even pursued the issue when he had an opportunity to do so. But the same old lies get repeated.
There was an overwhelming amount of evidence to convict Hood. Spreading lies and innuendo on the blogosphrere is not going to change that fact.
The ussc will be issuing their opinion in the next month or two and Texas will once again resume executions. Say goodnight Charlie.
Another innocent man framed?…
Double murderer Charles Hood is third in line for the next round of Texas needle parties. Georgia has already stolen a jump on Texas with free gurney rides. Hood claims not repentance but innocence and has been playing the system for nearly two deca…
06/17/2008……….. is when Charlie Hood is being disposed of courtesy of the state of TX. How anyone can defend this sad excuse for a human being and claim he is not guilty given the MOUNTAIN of evidence in his case is simply mindboggling. Let me re-cap: 2 people are murdered in Texas and the man whose bloody finger prints are all over the scene of the crime is caught 100’s and 100’s of miles away in the state of Indiana in a vehicle that belonged to one of the victims. Yep, sure sounds like an innocent man being railroaded. NOT!
I hope good ole Charlie has the balls to admit to his crimes and stops lying to his and his victims’ families. You were a worthless piece of shit in life, Chuck – at least be man enough and accept responsibility for your dastardly deeds on your last day on earth. Can you do that, Mr. Hood? Can you give your own family the peace of mind so they can know that they are mourning a double murderer who deserved his punishment rather than someone railroaded? Can you stop being a lying bitch for one moment and say, “I am truly sorry for what I’ve done and the hurt I caused” to the families whose loved ones you took away forever with your cowardly deed?
I hope you do.
I wouldn’t count on it. Part of the problem is that his family and fan club members have reinforced his victim hood for the past 18 years. No matter how loony his story, they bought into it and encouraged him. So, as far as I’m concerned, they are also to blame for the grief inflicted on the families all these years. After lying to them all these years, I doubt even imminent hellfire will make him tell the truth at the end.
Shortly in about 2 weeks Charles Hood will be rehabilitated. Unfortunately “Ol Sparky” won’t get to do the rehabilitating. No, we have to do the wimpy needle trip. Loser Hood needs to face his inner demons and just admit his sins and take his punishment. Loser.
Elizabeth Robinson? Are you kidding me……!?! What kind of human being are you much less a “reporter”? I couldn’t make it through your ridiculous rant so allow me to cover one of the first points… “Paraffin Test”…. let’s see…. it was negative because it was taken DAYS after the offense!!! Do you really think the residue is still going to be there after that length of time?? You can’t be a “reporter;” you must have some other involvement in this.. Are you one of those mentally ill women who befriend or even marry sub-human men on death row??? Also, quit plagiarizing. It makes you look even more dumberer.
the proof is in the statement given by the judges husband where he divorced her with recognition of an affair with a prosecutor. Look that up will ya. Also anyone who wishes death on anyone because of whatever instance is insane. Whether he is guilty or innocent is not our call to kill not even the law but that is the procedure so grow up people, alot of anger and hurt is looking for closure here quit stabbing each other…thats childish let God have his will whatever the outcome.
An allegation by a disgruntled husband that his soon to be ex wife was having an affair with an unnamed prosecutor … call me unimpressed. That’s not proof of anything. And since you are the one claiming it, your look it up. I would add that neither his trial attorney in 1990 and his appellate attorney in 2005 found a factual basis on which to pursue this false claim.
With only one week left before Charles Hood is executed, I’m closing all comments on all previous posts. I have started a new post HERE for all new comments about this story.
