She knew exactly what she was being asked and she knew that JQP (including the vast majority of republicans and DEMOCRATS) disagreed vehemently with the Kelo decision. She was in a box and she tried to hide in it by answering the questions without answering the questions, but in the end she was forced to show her true colors. I hope the conservatives remind JQP that it was the liberal judges who forced KELO down our throats when it comes to replacing O'Conner. Be SURE to inform your senators that we will not put up with any more crap from the likes of Pelosi, Kennedy, et al when it comes to replacing O'Conner and will NOT tolerate a filibuster in which they participate or they will be looking for a new job next election!
