Where’s the ASPCA (or even PETA) when they’re needed? That’s animal cruelty if I ever saw it. That poor dog is so humiliated it can’t even show its face. Think of the years on the therapist’s couch it’ll take before it’s close to normal again.
Come to think of it, ever known a conservative whose pet saw a shrink? I haven’t. There must be something to that.
Looks like the inmates got a day pass from the Assylum,and the dog is the supervisor.
