The same could be said about the management- corrupt and incompetent cronies of George Pataki.

Not only was it discovered that they operate with two sets of &#039;books&#039; they also sprung a deal-breaking provision at the 11th hour of negotiations.  


I think it was foolish for the TWU to strike- particularly at Christmas- but the MTA is equally responsible for the shut down.</description>
