FedEx Stick takes top honors

It wasn’t that great of a game. The singing of the National Anthem was the biggest butchering of our anthem since Rosanne Barr gave it a try. The half time show with the Rolling Stones was almost worse.

And most of the Super Bowl commercials were mostly forgettable. Only FedEx’s Stick ad really stood out. And I thought it was only mediocre until the caveman came out and kicked the baby dinosaur.

  2. I just saw it this morning, and thought it was funny, but you really do have to get through the entire thing.

  3. I liked the one where the robot and the monster had a little baby Hummer.

I have to think that commercial is a joke played by the ad company: a monster that destroys cities? Sounds about right.

  5. I didn’t catch all of the commercials because I am not really a football fan. My husband was watching the game and I walked in on the budweiser commercial with the baby horse that was pulling the wagon and the parents were at the back pushing it to help. Not a funny one but really cute. It put a smile on my face…that’s for sure.
