Houston — Investigators on Saturday identified the victim of a fatal shooting as Edward Leroy Hamilton, 21, of Houston, who was struck in the head by a bullet fired after a hip-hop promotion party Friday in southwest Houston when several attendees pulled out guns and began shooting, police said.
Guns and shooting? At a hip-hop party? Rappers and guns? This isn’t news — it’s what’s expected.
