I don’t know Florida law. But, in other jurisdictions, unless you have proof of each element of the crime charged you can not introduce a confession.

Come on get real, we’re all attracted to looks. If I was 14 I would definitely enjoyed sex with Debra! Shouldn’t be classified as rape as the boy was willing - there’s a big difference between teenage boys and teenage girls; I bet he enjoyed every moment with her, she’s gorgeous, and that’s why they had sex so often. And these days, 14 year olds pass off like adults sometimes.

I know this is an old blog and all but damn… I would have loved to have a teacher like her when I was 14. She could “rape and molest” me all she wanted. She’s frickin’ hot and the 14yo she was with is a total stud in any school he will ever be in. I don’t normally do blogs, but this whole “rape” thing pissed me off so much I had to go online and see how fucking stupid people really are. turns out very. rape? god, i wish a 23 year old girl who looks like debra had raped me when i was 14. of course there is a double standard. thats ok. men and women arent the same, and men dont need to be protected the way women do.
