I started writing UrbanGrounds.com on Sept 22, 2004. It took nearly 9 months to reach the 20,000 visitor milestone. Over the last 10 months, traffic has picked up a little, and we’ve logged an additional 80,000 unique visitors to my site.

At 5:45 p.m. today, the 100,000th visitor hit UrbanGrounds — someone using AOL via a direct link to this post on PFC Amy Duerksen.

Thanks to all who have stopped in, and especially to those of you who come back often. To Preston, Dianne, 2, and Dan…a special thanks for contributing so often and so thoughtfully (and at times energetically) in the comments section. You all help to keep things interesting and challenging.

Congratulations
(((Robbie)))

It’s fun, it’s thought provoking, and hey I even learn something once in a while from Preston ;-)

Congrats - keep up the good work. I read a lot of things here I don’t see anywhere else.

Congratulations.

Congrats Robbie…
An event Dan and Preston can even agree to give kudos for… we need to remember this day!

Got something you want to say?
