Worst Day in World History?

Is today the worst date in World History?

I believe it is. Consider just these two births that occurred on this date in history:

  • 570 - Muhammad, Founder of Islam (d. 632)
  • 1889 - Adolf Hitler, Austrian-born German dictator (d. 1945)

The amount of human suffering and hatred caused by these two men and their followers is nearly without parrallel in history.

I’m agnostic.

And besides, neither Muhammed nor Hitler were gods. They were mortals.

They both were instrumental in causing massive human misery. Yes, I would agree it’s the worst day in history as we know it.

I wouldn’t think a native of Peru would particularly care. But both affected our history in some way.
