I’m sure the usual race-baiters will be all over Bill Cosby for these spot-on statements about New Orleans:
“Ladies and gentlemen, you had the highest murder rate, unto each other. You were dealing drugs to each other. You were impregnating our 13-, 12-, 11-year-old children,” he said.
“What kind of a village is that?”
Of course Mr. Cosby is correct. But that won’t stop the chants of “Uncle Tom” and “not black enough”.

It’s called tough love and we all need a dose of it once in a while. I heard on television last night that 10′s of 1000′s of Mexicans (and I’m sure most illegals) are in New Orleans rebuilding. Pay is about $16/hr. Here’s a chance to learn new skills and get decent pay at the same time. I truly wish young black men would be doing these jobs instead of illegals. The question I ask myself is, why aren’t they? What would it take to give them the confidence or incentive to do it?
