Rep. Cynthia McKinney (who apparently is a black woman) and her black lawyer James Myart are still playing the race card as an excuse for the black Congresswoman attacking a white police officer.

Myart responded to DeLay’s accusations and called him a “rich white boyâ€. Colmes had no comment for Myart’s response.
Later in the interview co-host Sean Hannity asked James Myart if thought it would be racist for someone to make a similar comment based on his skin color. Myart said “yesâ€.
So the lawyer for a Congresswoman is accusing Tom Delay of being a “rich white boy”? What does that have to do with your client striking a cop, Mr. Rich Black Boy? Last time I checked you lawyer types (especially the high-profile sorts) aren’t standing in line at the local soup kitchen.
I’m sorry, Mr. Rich Black Boy*, but you’re going to have to come up with something better than “that whitey cop is a racist”.
*Damn, that feels so demeaning just typing those words…I fully acknowledge that they sound racist, but I do so to make the point that using race as an excuse in this story is just ignorant. And that despite Rep. McKinney or Lawyer Myart’s race, they are both hypocrits, racists (yes, black people can be racists, but that’s an argument for another day), and major-league assholes.

And I thought I was going to have a quiet evening tonight… Then the phone rang and it was my instructor Mwanzo Mwalimu Mpingo. Well here it goes..
As the third highest ranking member of Vita Saana, the responsibility falls to me to enlist my 30 years experience as a youth crisis mediator. We of Vita Saana have the highest respect for the men and women who risk their lives every day to keep us safe. In fact we work hand in hand with many law enforcement agencies around the world.
I have assured Mwanzo that I believe that your office will make every effort to correct the inconsistancies noted in your CNN interview that made our members look like ignorant mindless individuals who have no respect for the suffering of our ancestors. Therefore we are requesting an meeting with you so that we may understand why you feel you you are an intergral part of our organization.

Vita Saana is a cultural organization that does specialize in combative sciences and not racial supremacy! We have the highest of respect for law enforcement. My mother was Black but my Father was Jewish.
Vita Saana Mwalimu’s are notable specialists in the Afrikan discipline sciences but we cannot “beat up 50 people in 30 seconds”.
I have two gold medals in addition to 1500 trophies in internaitonal competition. In fact I am still competing and represent the Afrikan Fighting arts with individuals half my age… This was the very reason I published my journals to tell the facts concerning being a member of a historical cultural group that stands for justice.
I do not go around “kicking in doors” or beating up “pizza delivery people”. I mean hell I feel that pizza is one of the four basic food groups! This is not helping my efforts to stop youth gang violence and I do not refer to law enforcement as the “po po”.
I mean we are trying to end racism in this country and behavior such as this only goes to show our youth that we as adults are more
“childish” than they are.

Let’s face it McKinney is a disgrace. What I say has nothing to do with her color. She sets a horrendous example by striking an officer, and then attributes it to his racist treatment of her. She should have been thanking him for faithfully doing his job to protect members of congress. Then she pulls the stunt of telling a report what can and can not be printed or depicted.
Here is a person that definitely is on a high horse. “God raises the humble, and God humbles those that raise themselves”. Instinct tells me that Ms. McKinney will create more trouble for herself in the future.
These comments are indicative of the fact that certain people in this populace are blind and ignorant to the reality of exclusion.
The mark of an educated man (woman) is the ability to at least entertain a thoguht, an idea, some oelseesle’s beleifes with out necesarrilry accetpting them.

James Myart is up to his ignorant antics again. This time, he’s rolling down the stairs at the San Antonio City Hall claiming abuse by the police again. He also was in San Antonio Municipal Court in front of a judge whining and crying about the police again. As a police officer, I am sick of his temper tantrums all the time and amused that my 19 month old daughter has more self control than he does. As an African American, I am embarrassed by his constant claims of police misconduct, especially when he’s rolling down the city hall stairs with his fat belly exposed on the local television stations. Mr. Myart, grow up and please for the love of god quit giving honest and respectable African Americans a bad reputation because you continue to want your 15 minutes of fame and your attempts to strike it rich off of the police lotto. We’ve spent years of trying to gain respect and you continue to drag the African American race into the gutter.
I was assaulted by Las Vegas, Nevada metro. It took place at the Aladdin casino during a concert. My cousin also recieved a black eye.The police didnt really care when we went down and tryed to file charges. Internal affairs came to investigate but they didn’t do anything.
