But have you ever considered he may be innocent. What about the two affidavits from his nephew and the juror that was actually a friend of the judge. Who went to the judge and tried to excuse himself. How can you be so emotional about this and don't know shit. You don't even know what's going on with the man that suppposedly killed your grandfather. But you care so much. Stop hating and stop listening read for yourself and then form your own opinion. Especially in states with a high number of death row inmates. Texas,California,Florida etc. It happened to Ruben Cantu even the prosecutor came forward and ssay this 17 yr old was innocent. The state of Texas was out for revenge because they botched the investigation into Cantu shooting an off duty cop by illegally searching his house. I'm looking at some old court papers where he claimed that he was indigent and wanted the $5 fee to file a writ of HC waived. To do this they have to send proof from their prison account. The judge noticed that Sosa blew through over $1400.00 in the past 6 months. And there's still over $50k of the money he stole missing.
