The rally doesn't begin until 3 p.m. Here's the schedule: Rally at the Capitol from 3:00pm to 4:00pm March to AB Cantu Park from 4:00pm to 5:00pm Closing Rally at AB Cantu Park from 5:00pm to 7:00pm I'm sure you'll see some more people then if you're around.
