The whitewashing of Islamic terrorism
The basic story, as you know by now, is that a jihadi terror ring was busted in Toronto, resulting in 17 arrests. So, how does the Canadian Globe and Mail describe the 17 suspects? As coming from a “broad strata” of Canadian society.
Broad strata. That’s not buried down in paragraph 7. That’s the headline.
Ed at Captain’s Quarters immediatley jumped to the exact same thought that I had when I heard “broad strata”:
The RCMP and all of the Canadian government can keep talking about broad strata all day long, but the seventeen have this much in common: they are all Muslim
Michelle Malkin found more common ground in the broad strata:
Yes, the same “broad strata” from which the 9/11 hijackers, 1993 World Trade Center bombers, USS Cole bombers, etc., etc., etc., came.
Such a diverse lot! A veritable Benetton ad. Can’t think of a similarity among them!
The pussification of the media is insane. Their inability to call a spade a spade and a Muslim a terrorists is…well, it’s the creeping of dhimmitude and it’s cowardice.
