I don’t blog about work. That’s one of my self-imposed blogging rules.

But today has been an exceptionally good, and somewhat humbling, day at work. And it’s worth an exception to the rule to offer a word of thanks to my employers.

Their support in my requests for time-off to participate in the Patriot Guard Riders, and their positive reaction to my commitment to the PGR has been moving and unwaivering. I am extremely grateful to work where I do and with/for the people that I do.

Their kindness has extended well beyond the normal expectations of the Employer/Employee relationship. And for that I am extremely thankful.

One Response to “Thanks”

That’s great. I understand and agree with your discretion, but I wish I could voice my appreciation directly to your employer.

Got something you want to say?
