Good riddance, you pos.

As usual, the antis are disingenuous. They try to argue that he was insane because he thought he wasn't going to die. Yet, the guy made arrangements to leave his body to science and then changed it at the last minute for it to be released to his sister. Doesn't sound like a man who thinks he's immortal or is insane. And to no surprise to anyone, he had a wife, Nancy Beall, of Cleveland.

When is death row going to stop being a marriage bureau?

I believe the USSC decision said defendants can argue lethal injection is cruel based on civil rights grounds. If that argument was not brought up in the lower courts, it would be considered waived.

What are the chances his lawyers will appeal on the basis of the Supreme Court decision to appeal on the grounds that lethal injection is inhumane? I vote to lay his diseased brain to rest once and for all, but then I guess I'm just not a humanitarian when it comes to serial killers.
