Miss Puerto Rico Wins Miss Universe

Zuleyka Rivera Mendoza (18) of Puerto Rico, was crowned Sunday night as Miss Universe 2006. Kurara Chibana of Japan was first runner-up. My favorite, Miss Mexico, did not make the Top 5. Miss USA, 20-year-old Tara Conner, was the fourth runner-up.
