I wrote my first post on this blog on Sept. 22, 2004. Two years later and I’m still at it.
In the first two years:
- I wrote 967 posts (555 this year, 412 in the first year)
- And you, my readers, wrote back 5,719 times in the comments section of various posts (3948 this year, 1771 in the first year)
- I have enjoyed 151,706 unique visitors to my site (up from 43,715 in the first year). It’s a very, very small number of the estimated 38-million daily blog readers — smaller still considering Glenn Reynolds averages 133,037 per day.
Thanks to all of you — Preston, Dan, Dianne, BigSis, KristiW, Anonymous, and all the others — for stopping by and joining in on the conversation.

Happy Blogiversary, Robbie!
Very impressive stats, especially for a 2-year-old. Your blogs are a guaranteed good read.
Keep up the great work!
