David Lat at AbovetheLaw has a poll asking who is your LEAST Favorite Supreme Court Justice.
Not surprisingly, Ruth Bader Ginsburg is winning (losing?). And it’s not even close.
In an earlier poll on who is your favorite Supreme Court Justice, Scalia won going away. No surprises there, either.
