(that she says she represents-but is the president of) to buy up assumed business names (DBA) that people have registered for in the state of Texas and let lapse. She purchases the name and sends a demand letter to the company asking them fork over $20-$25K to get their name back. If they ignore the letter she threatens legal action. She states case law and says pay up or quit using your name. But if you read the law carefully you will find that she is lying through her teeth and trying to scam people out of their hard earned money. What a stand up lady!
