If ACORN is guilty of fraud, they should be prosecuted. Okay?

I'm sorry you're so fearful of everything from Al Qaeda to ACORN to George Soros to the Democratic Party. I am so happy not to be a Republicoward right now.

sorry..hit the wrong button...

Right now in Kansas City one of Soros' funded groups, ACORN, is under investigation for voter registration fraud and as you well know, this is not an isolated incident.

I've watched Soros for years. The more I read and see in my own backyard, the more I know how dangerous he is.

Well, my first reaction is: wow, you read some extreme stuff!
Second, what's the big deal? The most damning thing you have on him is his support for Lynne Stewart's trial. Though I don't support what she did I don't begrudge her a fair defense- in fact the support of unpopular opinions seems to be a cornerstone of the Open Society Institute.

It’s the language of George Soros and his bedamned “Open Society”

Dianne, you're strangely obsessive about a man who fought communism for 20 years before spreading those principles world wide. Is that really something you oppose?

That statement is why most people believe Democrats cannot and will not protect this country.
Actually, it's a statement showing courage and conviction about the principles of this country (and for the record most Americans trust Democrats more to secure our country.

"The Republicans are willing to surrender the right to privacy and the moral high ground on issues such as torture"

That statement is why most people believe Democrats cannot and will not protect this country. No, let me restate that. That statement shows how the far left has hijacked the Democrat party and that's almost more fearsome than terrorism itself. It's the language of George Soros and his bedamned "Open Society" who would sell America out in a New York second. Thank God we're not that stupid.

I agree with Bush that one of the main differences is the level of panic we feel about terrorism. The Republicans are scared out of their wits, and are willing to surrender the right to privacy and the moral high ground on issues such as torture, because they want "grown-ups" to protect them. The Democrats are more courageous and dignified, and are able to face the future without wetting themselves, or looking for "grown ups" like Cheney to seize power and protect us.
