Twelve turbulent months of fist-waving, embassy-burning, fatwa-issuing mayhem, intimidation, and murder resounded with the ululations of the aggrieved. All this in the name of defending Islam from “insult.”

She has an extensive roundup of links to the sickenly numerous instances of Perpetual Outrage over insults to Islam.

Remeber the murder of Italian Sister Leonella Sgorbati, an elderly Catholic nun who was shot in the back by a Somalian jihadist stoked by Pope Rage? “Whoever offends our Prophet Mohammed should be killed on the spot by the nearest Muslim,” a Somalia cleric had declared.

Before her death, Oriana Fallaci warned us:

“The hate for the West swells like a fire fed by the wind. The clash between us and them [Islamofacists] is not a military one. It is a cultural one, a religious one, and the worst is still to come.”
