Bernadette Houghton HeaddBernadette Houghton Headd, 39, of Macomb Township was fed up with being tailgated on the freeways. So, when a Dodge pickup truck was following too closely on I-94.

So she did what any sane and logical person would do — she pulled out her 9mm pistol and open fired at the truck.

But of course she’s not to blame:

Bernadette Houghton Headd — who was enduring stress from caring for sick loved ones — was convinced she would be run off the highway.

And she snapped.

Actually, looking at her mug shot, she does look stressed. Or deranged.

I’m sympathetic towards her. While I understand one can’t use deadly force unless confronted with deadly force, if the truck was deliberately screwing with her, well, you reap what you sow. . .

Yeah, the death penalty for road rage! That’s the ticket - forget on the spot fines; it’s all about on the spot capital punishment. I wonder if she was at all short sighted.

Sympathetic,

You are obviously as nuts as she it. Turn yourself in before you hurt someone, you dolt.

If you deliberately act in a menancing manner using your vehicle as a weapon, than, yeah, don’t act surprised when the other party does what is necessary to defend themselves.

My, my… usernames sure are getting colorful today!

Even if someone WAS tailgating this Democrap, that’s HARDLY “using (a) vehicle as a weapon.”

Like I said, you’re unstable and need some sedation for the good of those around you.

Judging from your short fuse, fujackass, you are the one most likely to tailgate, get shot at on the freeway, and in need of sedation.

Correction: Judging from your short fuse, fujackass, you are the one most likely to tailgate, branish and shoot a gun on the freeway, and in need of sedation.

I would like to clarify that Jimmal was being ironic.

Got something you want to say?
