The Pew Center for Research recently released the findings of a comprehensive survey about US Muslims, entitled Muslim Americans: Middle Class and Mostly Mainstream.

There are a lot of disturbing findings in the report — most of which are being seriously down played by the usual suspects in the MSM and the Left-o-sphere.

Findings such as:

25% of US Muslims under 30 support suicide bombings in some capacity. As a 26 year old American-Muslim, I am concerned about these findings.

I’m not sure how you can spin that in a good light — a quarter of all American Muslims believe that it’s OK to blow up innocent people. Which includes me. And you. I don’t care that 3 out of 4 don’t believe that. I’m much, much more concerned with the 1 in 4 who do.

Another interesting finding:

Only 40% of all US Muslims believe that Arabs carried out the 9/11 attacks.

Wow. Just wow. And they’re considered to be integrated and “mostly mainstream”?

___________

One of the most honest and critical posts I’ve read in regards to the findings comes from the most surprising of places — The Huffington Post. Ali Etera, a young American Muslim, has a must read piece on the story:

Not only that, but a suicide bombing is not actually a “defensive” act at all. It is affirmative, assertive, offensive. It requires getting pissed off over something, standing up from the couch, planning, deliberating, and then finding access to those who have experience in helping you blow yourself up.

I look forward to his promised follow up.

Imagine if a survey came out that found that 1/4 of young Evangelical Christians supported suicide or homicide bombings to one extent or another. I somehow doubt the MSM would be running headlines about how “well-integrated” they were.

Makes me so mad I could spit. This is what we have let our country come to thanks to the great global society that the liberals want. Open our doors and our homes to these murderous thugs. Get subjected to lawsuits for standing up for our safety (as in flying IMAMs). Get sold out and EVEN BE FORCED TO PAY FOR traitorous organizations like the ACLU. And, then watch total fools follow the likes of George Soros who would burn this country in a New York second in the name of advancing his dangerous agenda. Yah, and you’re right, Keath, blame it all on the Christians.

Yeah, I took a look at this “comprehensive survey” and noticed that the sample consisted of over 50k interviews to get a sample of a little over 1k of Muslims living in America.

So obviously, two things come to mind:

1)Why so many interviews when such a small sample group was actually picked? The answer: selective data-pulling.

2)Obviously this looks very scary until you consider that there are close to 3 million muslims living in the United states. That “25%” isn’t of those 3 million, it’s of this 1,000 that the survey cherrypicked.

3)If a “comprehensive survey” was taken of a select sample of a tiny group of Christians, it would probably show *gasp* that HUGE % of Christians (not all, but a % of the 1,000 or so who were picked for the survey) believe in intelligent design, think the holocaust was a lie, think AIDS is a divine plague sent from God, or any other number of things that lunatic fringe-artists like Jerry Falwell (may he rest in peace…in Hell) have been using to give religion a bad name.

Do your fucking homework and stop wasting my time with this bullshit.

Got something you want to say?
