Michael Moore, who recently violated the U.S. trade embargo restricting travel to Cuba, has challenged not-yet-a-Presidential Candidate Fred Thompson to a debate.

Fred gave Mikey all the seriousness that he deserves in this response:

I like this guy.

Glenn Reynolds adds, “If this is a foretaste of a Thompson campaign, it’s pretty potent.”

I don’t know about “potent”. But I’d say it’s refreshing at the least.
