I just added Sen. Harry Reid (D-NV) to the list of politician I’d like to punch in the mouth (John Murtha, Dick Durbin, and John Kerry are at the top of that list) — for being too stupid to not be punched in the mouth.

The latest from Harry:

The concept of American citizenship is dead. Sen. Harry Reid drove the final nail in the coffin with his floor statement yesterday, in which he referred to the 12 million illegal aliens currently in the U.S. as “12 million undocumented Americans.” I’ve heard a lot of stupid euphemisms for illegal aliens, but that one takes the cake.

Michelle is right — in the direction that our Congress and the President are moving our country towards, citizenship means shit.

But here’s a very important semantics lesson for the moronic Democratic Senator from Nevada: Those 12 million illegal aliens? They’re mostly Mexican. Some of them are Guatemalan, and some are Salvadorian. And as we’re finding out, some of them are Lebanese, Iraqi, and Syrian. According to one Border Patrol Agent, “about one in every 10 that we catch, is from a country like Yemen or Egypt.”

But not a damned one of them is an American.

OTHERS:

  • Diggers Realm:  “Give me a damn break!”
  • Free in Idaho: “What is so difficult for these guys to understand about the concept of ILLEGAL?”
  • Four Pointer: “I guess…you want to sign up as many new Democratic voters as you can.”
  • Confederate Yankee: “Sure a great number of those undocumented Americans entered our country illegally, forged documents to get work and steal the benefits our tax dollars are paying for; but they’re mostly our neighbors and what are you a damned racist?”

And Now the Democrats want to give these illegal immigrants the earned income credit! I’m getting hotter by the minute. I just wish Sessions, who has his heart and head in the right place, would raise his voice and debate a little better. He’s too damn nice!

I am putting John McCain in the same category as John Edwards. Send the Johns to the toilet! Let neither of them EVER become the President of the United States!

hahahaha - you crack me up. Please, go pull out an atlas (maybe you’ll have to go to the library.) Tell me, what continent is Mexico part of? Guatemala?

OMG! They are Americans!!

I am from the Americas. But I’m an American.

Felipe de Jesús Calderón Hinojosa is from the Americas. But he is a Mexican.

José Rafael Carrera Turcios is from the Americas. But he is a Guatemalan.

You can play dishonest semantic games if you’d like. But just ask anybody from Ecuador what they “are”. Ask 10 of them. Ask 10,000 of them. And not one of them will answer “Yo soy Americano.”

They’ll answer, “Yo soy Ecuatoriano.”

You don’t have to admit you know the difference. But we all know that you do.

dan,
are russians asians?

Some are, some aren’t. Some are Europeans.

Are you claiming that Germans aren’t Europeans?

“Are you claiming that Germans aren’t Europeans?”
what?

how many of the “American” countries that you speak of have america as part of their actual name?

I know that El Salvador and Nicaragua have “America” on their flags, but I’m not sure how many, if any, have America in their actual names. As far as I know, Germany doesn’t have Europe in its name, but you would still consider Germans Europeans, wouldn’t you, bec ause they live on the European continent?

no time to answer; i’m on a mission to warn the brazilians and the peruvians that bin laden wants to kill all americans!

” I’m not sure how many, if any, have America in their actual names.”
