I didn’t watch tonight’s GOP Presidential debate. Because it was on CNN and Arianna Huffington (yeah, no way she’ll be biased or unfair to GOP candidates) was one of the guest hosts of the broadcast with Anderson Cooper.
And because Fred Thompson wasn’t there, and I don’t really care much about what the others have to say (except I do like Mitt Romney’s stance on immigration reform — he thinks we should start by simply enforcing the laws we already have).
I’ll tune in when Fred gets involved.

Michelle Malkin — “I remain totally….uninspired.”
Me too, Michelle. Me too.
I’ve watched most of all of the debates, Republicans and Democrats. Mitt Romney is my man in all ways except national defense. It’s not that I don’t like his position, it’s because I’m not totally comfortable with his experience. Both McCain and Guliani outscore him on that issue. I like Romney in all other respects. He has a record of getting things done even under difficult circumstances. His health care plan in Massachusetts is a prime example of good leadership and needless to say I like his position on immigration. And, if by some small chance the Republicans actually win the Presidency in 08, I hope that Duncan Hunter gets a cabinet position. He has definitely impressed me during the debates.
I’m still not all that impressed with Fred Thompson. Just exactly what has he done for the country? What little of him I have seen on television hasn’t revealed any remarkable qualities to me.
As for the Democrats, I’m still convinced Hillary would be the best choice for the country in the national defense area and I’d vote for anybody above John Edwards.
Of the twenty-or-so candidates running on either side of the aisle, Edwards is the last one I’d vote for. I’d write in my dead pet duck before I would vote for Edwards.
Hell, I’d rather vote for Dennis Kucinich, and he’s batshit crazy.
