If you read nothing else today, make sure to read Hugh Hewitt’s piece on “The Left and Good News From Iraq”.
Why? The only answer is that Democrats not only need us to lose the war for their own political gain — they want us to lose the war.
The Culture of Corruption is not a partisan thing. There is so much rampant thievery, dishonesty, and greed on both sides of the aisle and in both houses of Congress that the only answer at this point seems to be an overhaul of the system:
I’m not voting for the guy (no military experience) for President, but I liked the sentiment of the t-shirt enough to buy one
The sooner this guy is put behind bars the safer we’ll all be.
But, funny things can happen when those same skeptics and naysayers actually go to Iraq and see with their own eyes what is happening, and talk to the actual soldiers with boots on the ground.
Rumor has it that the 110th United States Congress — led by Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-CA) and Majority Leader Harry Reid (D-NV) — will introduce a joint non-binding resolution later today blaming the crew of the USS Indianapolis for their own demise, stating that “Due to our interventionist foreign policy, we had it coming.”
Of course the important questions to ask now are, “What did Obama know, and when did he know it?”
Flag burners hate America. But it’s not a hate crime to burn a flag. Koran flushers hate Muslims. But it’s not a hate crime to flush a Koran.
I just ran a quick search of Talking Points Memo, and couldn’t find the post titled, “It’s looking like… Democrats: FOX NEWS TOO SCARY FOR US”
I’ve read Robert M. Pirsig’s “Zen and the Art of Motorcycle Maintenance” twice, and I really do get a sense of Zen from working on my own bikes.
The only possible explanation is that this Congress is trying for single digit approval ratings.
I’ve only lived in 3 different homes in the last 12 years, though. Which means I lived in 26 different homes during the previous 27 years. Yikes.
