KILLITARY: A DailyKos Kowardly Kover-up

The leftist blogosphere went out of their way to cover this one up as quickly as possible.

It was posted at Daily Kos, as Ace relates. But the Kidz are on edge about their credibility, so it was deleted within hours, without a word of explanation. Just doesn’t look right to be dissing the military when Kos is trying so hard to be the voice of the Democratic Party.

We already knew how Kos and his Kidz felt about the burning and hanging of American contractors in Iraq (”Fuck ‘em”, said the Kos).

And we’ve always contended that they were also a bunch of military-hating leftards — but this pretty much eliminates any doubt a sane and reality-based person could have.

KILLITARY? The military turns people into serial killers and rapists, according to the diarist at the Kos? Really? They believe this shit, don’t they?

I wonder if the Kidz think that Markos Moulitsas Zúniga — who served a brief stint in the Army — is a rapist? Surely, between John Kerry, John Murtha, Jimmy Carter, and Teddy Kennedy, at least one of them must be a cold-blooded killer.

Never mind, bad example — one of them is a killer.

Taking it down means that it is not representative or downright hateful…and thus not allowed..unlike the hate you allow to stay up on your site!

It was Markos Moulitsas Zúniga himself who posted the photo of the burning and hanging of American contractors in Iraq labeled, “Fuck ‘em” — not “just anyone.” He reluctantly removed it only after it caused a major uproar.

The only reason they removed this and all the anti-semitic crap that is repeatedly posted is because a few realize that it exposes them for what they really are. But it’s not before there are hundreds of comments with the exact same hate the military/destroy Israel/the Jews control the war sentiments.

As y’all surely should know, anyone on earth can invest 30 seconds to register at DailyKos and then write a diary.
Just like anyone can leave a comment here and say the most outrageous thing.

So if y’all delete the offensive comment within a few hours are we to then conclude that, nonetheless, whatever the comment said is what you really beleive -because it appeared here in the first place?

I wonder how many wingnuts have accounts at Kos for the purpose of manufacturing outrageous things that can then be used by the right. I’m not saying that is what happened here, but surely y’all know that something like that could happen. Thats the way blogs work.

Would you attempt to disparage the vast majority of our servicemen and women who honorably serve our country by describing their three years of service and sacrifices as “brief stints”?
Kos rocks. He and the contributors to his site tell the truth about what is going on in this country. And by the way, reading Kos you will see very little of the schoolyard-level name-calling which seems to infect your puerile writing.

As for Bush being a “draft dodger”, I think you have our President confused with the Patron Saint of Moonbattery, Mr. Clinton.

President Bush served honorably in the Texas Air National Guard. He didn’t “dodge the draft” either, as he was never drafted, but voluntarily instead enlisted on his own accord.

And finally, I could give a damn what you think about our country. I know the next time I give two shits about Canadian politics will be the first time.

Bush was honorably discharged from service in the Texas Air National Guard. The TANG discharged him from duty 8 months early and then he finished the remainder of his service on inactive reserve status.

All honorably discharged and completed.

What part of honorable service do you not understand? Other than the part where you’ve never done it yourself?
