This seems like a good start:
DALLAS — Federal agents and local police rounded up 121 members of street gangs during a series of coordinated raids in North Texas cities, U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement announced Monday.
More than half of the arrests were for criminal charges. The others were taken into custody on administrative, or immigration, violations, said ICE spokesman Carl Rusnok.
They represented members of 27 gangs, including the Asian Boyz, Latin Kings, Eastside Locos, Northside Locos, Westside 12, 18th St., 28th St., Love Field Players, Mexican Mafia and MS-13.
Some of the gang members illegally in the country have already been returned to their home countries or are being processed for deportation. Others are being prosecuted for re-entering the United States following deportation, said John Chakwin Jr., special agent in charge of the Office of Investigations for ICE in Dallas.
I wonder how many of those illegal gang-bangers had or have children here in the United States?
I wonder how loudly the pro-illegal immigrant left will yell and scream that it’s “unfair” to the children that the US Government is “breaking up their families” by deporting their parents?
I’d like to see a lot more of this.

I wonder how many “white collar” crimes, like Enron, have destroyed white persons lives?
Id rather have bunch of immigrant “gang bangers” going around killing each other than a company I invested hundreds of hours into and my life’s saving into screwing over everyone that works there, hundreds if not thousands of people, leaving them poor, homeless, no insurance and jobless, except the CEOs of the company.
Id also rather have “gang bangers” killing each other off than a “White Christian Taliban” group controlling politics and the econimics of my country.
I say, welcome the gang-bangers, deport the white trash.
Well, then… just give us your address, Corey, and we’ll send all your wonderful friends your way so you can welcome them with open arms and loving support.
Bout time Chertoff got off his butt.
KW…good idea.
This is not a race issue. This is an issue that involves much more than that. I am Hispanic, born and raised here in Houston and I too don’t believe that these people should be here illegally. If they want the opportunities that are available here then that is fine…..just fill out your damn paperwork and do it legally. It’s people like these gang bangers that make it harder for the ones that just want better for themselves and their families. It used to be that our country would welcome anyone with open arms. But because of people like this, our once free country will need to stop allowing people from other countries over here for the safety of all Americans.
To Cory….You are right about your feelings when it comes to the Enron case. We have enough to deal with with our own people commiting crimes against all of us. The last thing we need is for people to be coming in from other countries doing the same thing. This is why we need to keep people out until we can get our society back to where it needs to be. We are making it too easy for anyone from anywhere to come into our country and just take things over. All we are doing right now is adding fuel to the fire.
I’m confused as to why there are so many ‘illegals’ allowed to stay in your country.
Surely they should be deported when found?
And how come so many get there in the first place?
Are your borders really that lax?
Jonny
Hey Jon, you’re actually asking questions that a lot of Americans find themselves asking these days!
They come here over the border that we share with Mexico. Some of them even swim across the Rio Grande, trek over the desert, and in some cases they have come here by underground tunnels!
According to law, they should be deported when found, but the Democrats wouldn’t stand for it, and the Roman Catholic church’s official policy of giving shelter to these individuals doesn’t help either. However, even if we did want to deport all of them, we just don’t have any government agency that is capable of doing that-especially considering that there are 12 million illegals here, by conservative estimates.
To answer your last question, yes our borders are really that lax.
And people overstaying their visas….millions of them…no tracking system to see where they go when their visas expire. Plus, employers who love to hire illegals as cheap labor they don’t have to pay the prevailing wage or benefit and in many instances, they don’t even withhold taxes.
No, we have no government agency willing to do it. We are quite capable.
But I thought the repulicans where in power over there?
Yes, I understand the democrats now make up the majority but are you saying that your Republican presidant is not able to exercise his rule and despand these illegals?
I’m not sure I understand your government if that is the case.
Jonny
KMA, I wasn’t aware that we had a government agency that could deport all those illegals. The only one I can think of that can even remotely come close is the military, but even that is questionable right now when you consider our obligations overseas.
Hey Jon. Our Republican president may not be able to deport the illegals, but don’t fool yourself into thinking that he can’t do something to stem the tide. The border wall that was to be built along the US-mexico border has long been overdue, and only a fraction of the money Congress authorized for the Border Patrol has been spent.
Another very effective motion that Congress can put into effect is going after employers who hire illegals. If serious action is taken, I guarantee you the jobs will dry up, and so will the immigration of undocumented immigrants. Unfortunately, this isn’t very likely because the democrats want the Hispanic vote pretty bad, and Republicans have their hands too deep in the business community to do this.
I’m not sure a wall is the answer Nazar, very much like I don’t think the Berlin wall was a good idea, or even the Israel/Palestine wall.
What is the answet is what you hint at in the motion for employers to stop hiring them. If there is nothing worth crossing the border for, then they’ll think twice about doing it.
You guys should have mega tuff regulations in place that criminilise anyone employing an illegal – not just a petty fine, but time in prison.
Ok, then they’ll turn to crime, so you need to be ready for that.
Get tuffer I say, don’t just build a bloody wall!
Jonny
I agree with you Jonny that going after employers is probably the easiest and quickest way to end this. However, like I said, it probably won’t happen.
There is one thing that I think you’re mistaken about, my friend. A wall along the Mexico-US border would not be anything at all like the Berlin Wall. That wall was built for the purpose of keeping people inside the communist hell that was East Germany, our wall would be built to keep people out. Same thing with the Israelis wall, by the way.
Think of it as a fence around your house, as opposed to a prison pen.
Mexico and Palestine will be the equivalent of the then East Germany.
You guys will have all your wealth and prosperity as did West Germany.
I think the fact the Berlin Wall was pulled down to global approval should tell Bush and Olmert that it’s probably not a very good idea!
