It’s no secret that the Democrats have a vested interest in the US losing the war in Iraq. Many of them are even actively and openly rooting for as much (yeah, I’m looking at you Harry Reid).
Well, it’s a job some Americans would probably do — maybe some open-borders, terrorists-loving progressives might find the work to be a fitting form of “dissent as patriotism” or a good way of “speaking truth to power”?

It’s sad, but the worst possible scenario for the Democratic party is if somehow or another our boys in Iraq are able to actually win this damned thing.

Though, I must note from a look around the Left-o-sphere and their “perspectives and insights” into the Yearly Kos Konvention, that it appears that the Nutroots haven’t so much “crashed the gates”, but rather have sold out.
Maybe not in a neighborhood where drug dealers and gang-bangers are considered typical — if not model — denizens. But in my neighborhood, “guy with gun who’s defying police” is a threat. And the sooner they shoot him, the sooner I’ll feel better about walking my dog through the neighborhood.

Let me get this straight, Sen. Obama wants to pull our troops out of Iraq (immediately, if not sooner) where they are hunting and killing terrorists by the truck-fulls — and put them in Pakistan, to hunt and kill terrorists by the truck-fulls.
