Sounds like a real peach. yes another sellout who wants his chance to feed at the trough. and yeah he is right, the judges in this state and more importantly this country are completely political animals. the notion of a fair minded judge who interprets law, not makes it up for some political correct agenda, like the judges who overturn the peoples voice when they say no to gay marriage, or the judge who allowed immigrants in state tuition for college even though the people said no to that, seems like a myth in 2007...yeah judges who actually do what is best for this country and its future seem to be in very short supply in this modern world we live in.. and the worst thing of all about these self righteous traitors is we can't even vote them out if they are on the federal level. yep, appointed for life. now how dumb is that?

wow, the founding fathers dropped the ball on that one. and they were pretty brilliant on most things.. so how do you feel about your "representative" government now? not sure about you, but I sure don't feel represented in the least bit when I hear some of the decisions these "enlightened" judges make. actually makes me want to break out the dictionary and check the definition of enlightened.
