		<description>Good luck.  I had to give up running after it trashed my knees pretty good (that&#039;s the irony- you need to run to keep from getting fat but if you&#039;re fat it&#039;s a bitch on the knees to run).

So, I bike now.  It&#039;s six and a half miles to my office and since starting that 4 months ago I&#039;ve dropped 10 pounds.  I&#039;d like to lose ten more to get back to my grad school weight (I&#039;d have to lose another 10 or more to get back to college weight- but really who wants to be that skinny?)

Also I play soccer on the weekends. It&#039;s a lot of running but the turf is easier than the pavement and it&#039;s a hell of a lot less boring.  You can find a lot of organized pickup games online if you&#039;re still into the game.</description>
