Jay Tea at Wizbang (in a great piece on identity-politics-gone-amok at the Huffing-and-Puffing-ton Post) has a dead-on description of Senator Obama the Presidential Candidate:
Personally, I think there’s plenty of reason to reject Obama. The guy’s a lightweight, an empty suit. He’s a Rorschach blot of a candidate, allowing people to project whatever they want in a president on to him.
A commenter at Wizbang notes that Obama the Candidate is a perfect symbol of Democratic policy — all image, no substance.
