Merry Christmas

Merry Christmas, everybody.

We’re flying back home today after a wonderful week long visit with my brother and his clan in Ft. Jackson, SC (our flight leaves Charlotte, NC around 4:30 EST). I love my family dearly, but I’m ready to sleep in my own bed again…

Well it’s a small world. We might not agree on politics, but I do like your taste in music. REK is my favorite Texas singer-songwriter. Every time I listen to him, I get nostalgic for drinking Shiner bock on my old front porch in San Marcos.
