Al Franken — Still Not Funny

Al Franken the thiefThe Liberal-wonks at Wonkette (are those all just a bunch of dudes writing under Anne Marie Cox’ pseudonym now?) have this to say about Democratic candidate for Minnesota Senator Al Franken:

Franken hasn’t really been in the laugh-making game for quite some time, um, unless the whole Air America thing is some meta-joke that has yet to play out. Here’s to hoping.

Funny or not though, Franken has yet to break 25% favorability in Minnesota despite the cash pipeline to his campaign from New York and LA ($10 million so far) and statewide polls still have him losing to incumbent Norm Coleman in a head-to-head, blah blah blah.

‘Gotta love the dig at almost-off-the-air Air America too…

Note to Air America — these guys making fun of you at this once somewhat-prominent liberal blog? They’re your target demographic.

Also — ‘gotta love the way east coast and west coast money are trying to influence who a bunch of fly-over-country yokels vote for Senator…

So much for all politics being local; when it comes to buying votes and offices, it’s much, much bigger than that.

  2. “Stuart Smalley al-Franken” is a liberal turd flinging terrorist! He’s nothing more than a nasty turd burglar who robbed Minnesota of its political dignity!
