This latest NIE report is hocus-pocus, key statements are issued without analysis, and the only person I know of who has read the analysis is <a href="http://www.washingtonpost.com/wp-dyn/content/article/2007/12/05/AR2007120502234_pf.html" rel="nofollow">John Bolton</a>, and he isn't impressed. <a href="http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EOPbzrCX95w" rel="nofollow">This speech from Newt Gingrich a few months ago</a> needs to be listened to and given serious thought. Dhimmitude in general is a deep concern of mine, but not nearly as much as a failure to act, or those who are opposed to action.

I quit shopping at KMart when they used the atrocious Rosie O'Donnell in their advertising campaign, and quit selling guns and ammo. I have no real beef with Wal-Mart, other than their stocking so many products made in China. There is something else going on with Target, besides kicking the Salvation Army off of their property, that not many know about, and is another reason I will continue to ignore Target, and shop at Wal-Mart. <a href="http://www.afa.net/emails/transform.asp?x=walmart_112107&s=browser&y=2007&m=11" rel="nofollow">The Human Rights Campaign(HRC) has called for a boycott of Wal-Mart, and encourages shopping at Target.</a> I question the wisdom of their challenge, and that they are overestimating the purchasing power of their followers. I haven't seen Target's sales figures for the past year, including last Christmas, so I suspect the results reported, if any, will be subject to much spin.
