I think the amazing and undeniable (by even chief-doubter Harry Reid) achievements we’re making in Iraq is the biggest story of the year.
I do have disdain for people who don’t want to work; people who want other people to support them; people who think they are entitled to a life of welfare. Damn straight I have disdain for those lazy, nearly-worthless, people.
But I’ll do something the left is completely incapable of — I’ll support them as our President. I’ll hope for successes for our country. I won’t be rooting for their downfall. I won’t spend every minute tearing them down, criticizing their every move.
I’m sad to write today that the oldest of those survivors, J Russell Coffey died on Thursday at the age of 109.
