RIP: WWI Veteran J Russell Coffey

J Russell CoffeyOn December 12, I wrote about the 108th birthday of Harry Landis — one of only three surviving WWI veterans in the US.

I’m sad to write today that the oldest of those survivors, J Russell Coffey died on Thursday at the age of 109.
