Will Kucinich demand a recount?

Hillary won the Michigan Democratic primary. Sort of.

Though I think she lost a lot more than she gained:

…roughly 70 percent of Michigan’s African-American voters — a group that makes up a quarter of Michigan’s Democratic electorate — did not cast their votes for Clinton, choosing the “uncommitted” option instead. Yet these voters weren’t uncommitted at all: in fact, according to CNN exit polls, they overwhelmingly favored Barack Obama, whose name did not appear on the ballot.

If you voted Democrat, you had three options: Hillary, Dennis Kucinich, or “Uncommitted” — which might as well have really read: None of the Above.

And 40% of all Michigan Democratic voters chose “none of the above”. Kucinich did manage 4% of the Democratic votes. If “Garli-stuffed Olives” was on the ballot, it would have garnered more votes than Kucinich did.

I don’t know how much clearer a message this man needs that he is an unelectable nutcase than that.

Come on, let’s be honest: It may as well have read: “Barack Obama or John Edwards”.

Somebody get Kucinich a medium rare boneless rib-eye…stat!

Ha! Yet at least Kucinich (hopefully) didn’t consider himself the frontrunner. Nonetheless he nearly outperformed Mayor Giuliani:
Kucinich 21,708 Giuliani 24,706

Sounds like he needs some Rudymentum…

So he did.
Still, just think how he would do if he got a little taste of blood, instead of tofu.

Well at least Hillary doesn’t have anything to cry about this time, since she didn’t really have anyone to lose to.

Got something you want to say?
