Hooman Majd at The Huffing-and-puffing Post has written a pile of bile wherein he accuses the US Navy of “faking” it’s encounter with Iranian Revolutionary Guard patrol boats earlier this week.
And why does Mr. Majd think our US Navy and government are lying? Why, because the Iranians say we faked it.
So, what kind of name is Hooman Majd anyway? Sounds like it could be Iranian…
Update — I clicked over to his Bio at HP, and surely enough, found this: “Hooman Majd was born in 1957 in Tehran, Iran, and was educated in England and the United States”.
Oh. Well that explains that.
Maybe they can give a column to some of Ron Paul’s StromFront buddies to write about how the Jooos faked that whole Holocaust thing…

Alternately, you might take his familiarity with the language as a useful expertise that could have been used to avoid a dangerous or embarrassing situation.
Also, considering your concern for military issues, I’m a little surprised you haven’t addressed the issue of how unregulated use of military contractors is endangering American soldiers:
Most don’t know how many operatives from the Mad Mullahs are in this country, and actively working on behalf of them.
The IRGC(Iranian Revolutinary Guard Corps), also known as the Pasdaran is operated by and for, and under no other authority than, the Mad Mullahs. President Ahmadamdingdong can’t say one word to them, other than hello, he is in the civilian government, the Pasdaran is not. They have one purpose, and that is to spread the Islamic Revolution of Iran outside it’s borders, and it is they who created Hezbollah in Lebanon, and it is their flag that the Hezbos have copied, along with their weapons and training, and the Pasdaran is in this country, and in South America.
This piece at the Huff-n-Puff is either by a supporter or member of the Pasdaran, or a useful idiot…my money is on the former.
What, no updates? From the Navy Times:
So it’s well known to the Navy that there are rogue transmissions in the Persian Gulf yet the Pentagon starts an international incident over the matter? It looks like you might owe the Huffington Post writer an apology.
