Michelle Malkin reports on today’s great news concerning FISA. The amendment — sponsored by Senators Chris Dodd (D-CT) and Russell Feingold (D-WI) — would have stripped out the retroactive immunity for telecommunication companies.
Thankfully that amendment was shot down, 31-67.
